This is the sign up page for our Tuesday Open-Mic Comedy night -- coming to 5th Company Brewing! ​This is an open-format comedy competition that will be hosted every Tuesday evening in the taproom. Sign up below with the form, tell your funniest jokes, and you could win a gift card from us!

Basic Information:

  • 6–9PM

  • $5 entry

  • 2 Guest Judges will determine the winner

  • $15 gift card + a certified spot next week (or at a future date) for the winner

 

Bring your tight five, your wild uncle, or just your best heckle face. Bombs are welcome. Punchlines are encouraged. Beer is mandatory.

Terms and Conditions

By signing up for or attending Open Mic Comedy Night, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These rules exist to keep the night fun, fair, and safe for performers, staff, and guests.

Eligibility

  • This event is 18+ only. Valid ID may be required for entry or participation.

  • All performers and attendees must comply with venue policies and local laws.

Performer Guidelines

  • Performers are allotted up to 5 minutes on stage unless otherwise stated.

  • Time limits are strictly enforced. Going over time may result in forfeiting eligibility to win or being cut off.

  • Set order is determined by the host and may change at any time.

  • No props, instruments, or special setup without prior approval.

  • Performers must remain sober enough to safely perform. Excessive intoxication may result in removal from the lineup.

Content & Conduct Policy

We support creative freedom and edgy comedy, but We have specific content guidelines

The following will not be tolerated:

  • No overt (or Coded) hate-based language or Identity-Based Harassment

  • Political or personal threats

  • Harassment or targeted attacks intended to demean or intimidate Audience Members, Judges, Staff, or other Participants

  • Targeting audience members with the intent to be deliberately mean or hostile

  • Encouraging violence or illegal activity

The hosts and venue staff reserve full discretion in determining what crosses the line.

​

Violations & Enforcement

  • Anyone violating the Code of Conduct may be immediately disqualified.

  • Serious or repeated violations may result in being banned from future participation.

  • The venue reserves the right to refuse service or entry to anyone at any time.

Judging & Prizes

  • Judges’ decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

  • Failure to comply with rules may result in forfeiture of prizes or winner status.

Media Release

  • By attending or performing, you consent to being photographed, audio recorded, or video recorded for promotional or archival purposes.

  • The venue may use recorded content without compensation.

​

General Venue Rules

  • No harassment of staff, performers, or other guests.

  • No illegal substances or activities.

  • All venue rules and alcohol policies must be followed.

By signing up or attending, you acknowledge that:

  • Comedy is subjective and may include adult themes.

  • You participate at your own risk.
