Hero 22 Knight Fights - Diamond State Steel Academy (Armored Combat)

On 5pm Saturday, June 8, 2024 -- Knight Fights return to 5th Company Brewing! In the wake of our epic Blood and Suds event back in October, we're once again bringing real steel to Cecil County!

We wecome you to the Hero 22 Knight Fights -- presented by the American Medieval Combat Federation (AMCF) and hosted by 5th Company Brewing. All of the Knight Fighters on this card are Military (Active Duty, Veterans), or First Responders, and will be competing in a series of one-on-one duels featuring real steel weapons and armor.

In addition to the Knight Fight action, we also have the folks at Double Tapp Entertainment providing the soundtrack for both our Fighters and during the Fights!

Also, we're once again teaming up with the Doc Perry Foundation to both raise money and raise awareness to Veterans issues -- specifically the issue of Veterans Suicide. The Knight Fight Organizers (Sweat Equity PT Fitness) are also selling a special Hero 22 T-Shirt during the event, in which all profits of that T-Shirt will go towards the Doc Perry Foundation.

Knight Fights, or 'Buhurt', is a full-contact combat sport which involves fighters using blunt steel weapons and real armor reminiscent of the medieval period. Fighters are scored in a points system similar to Mixed Martial Arts, and within specified rules and regulations.
